SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KETK) -- Authorities are investigating an entrapment involving a cement mixer that occurred in Smith County on Monday evening. According to the Community Outreach Coordinator for Smith County ESD2, Nikki Simmons, the incident occurred on County Road 3181 and FM 14 in Lindale.
