Maizières-Lès-Metz. Pipe Failure: an "Impressive and so Rapid" Flood

Flooded garages, submerged cellars... the inhabitants of Maizières-lès-Metz, domiciled in Place de la Gare, were totally caught by the rapid rise of the water following a pipeline rupture that occurred on Monday 13 April.
