SALYERSVILLE, Ky. (WSIP) – A Magoffin County man is facing a felony assault charge after Kentucky State Police say he severely beat his ex-wife during a domestic violence incident Saturday. Troopers say 53-year-old Brian Pennington allegedly struck the woman with a wooden object before punching her multiple times, leaving her with a head wound and numerous bruises.
