PARK RAPIDS – Over the last 40 years, the Park Rapids Memorial Scholarship Fund has presented scholarships to graduating high school students who have excelled in athletics and academics to help them continue their educational pursuits. The Scholarship Fund was set up in memory of former Park Rapids Area High School teacher and coach Bill Scheerer and is designed to help any student who has any link to athletics in his or her high school career.…
