A case has come to light of RPM Degree College, Tuniyahi, an affiliated unit of BN Mandal University in Madhepura, charging students ₹1,100 in the name of CIA. When students protested on Tuesday, the college administration postponed the Semester 6 CIA exam scheduled for September 15th and 16th.
