Tomáš Macháč is the fifth tennis player in the Czech nomination for the Davis Cup final tournament. The 26-year-old native of Beroun joins the previously announced five-member team of Jakub Menšík, Jiří Lehečka and doubles players Adam Pavlásek and Patrik Rikl.
