Lun, 28/09/2026 - 20:42 The businessman was convicted in second instance for the aggravated femicide of his wife, the former world champion of skating, which occurred in August 2023.
The Cali High Court confirmed the responsibility of Andrés Gustavo Ricci García and set the penalty at 41 years and 5 months in prison.
According to the decision, upon revocation of the carrying of arms, his sentence was reduced from 45 to 41 years in prison.
The Cali High Court upheld the conviction for aggravated femicide, although it amended the sentence and acquitted Ricci for the offence related to the firearm.
