Lula and Angolan President Sign Documents and Speak to Journalists

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) and the President of Angola, João Manuel Lourenço, will sign bilateral cooperation agreements this Friday (May 23, 2025) at the Planalto Palace in Brasília.
