- Amid heightened West Asia tensions, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways issued an update on Indian vessels, reporting 22 cargo carriers west of the Strait of Hormuz and over 550 Indian nationals evacuated from Iran via Armenia.
- To support cargo movement, the port announced a 100 per cent waiver on storage charges for 15 days, while the Directorate General of Shipping facilitated repatriation of 33 seafarers in the past 25 hours.
