PEQUOT LAKES — While events were ongoing celebrating the Governor's Fishing Opener in Crosslake on Friday, May 9, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers broke ground at the Lower Hay Lake public water access, officially kicking off a project to significantly renovate the access.
