The Chamber of Loures will distribute 20,000 bracelets that allow to detect the presence of certain substances used in the adulteration of beverages, in particular the "drug of rape", today released the authority of the district of Lisbon.
Devices created by Portuguese and Spanish scientists will be distributed starting Saturday at the Carl Cox concert in Parque Papa Francisco, Loures. Leão notes that this is a form of prevention.
