Louisiana Congressman Cleo Fields has been fined $2,500 by the state Board of Ethics for failing to submit a required report on his long-dormant campaign account from his 2004 Public Service Commission race, Louisiana Illuminator writes.  Fields, a Baton Rouge Democrat elected to Congress in 2024, declined to comment Friday.
