A longtime local teacher and educator at the Butler Area School District has died. James Neutrelle died earlier this week at the age of 84. Neutrelle taught English at the Butler Junior High School for 39 years beginning in 1963 and was also the director of the Butler All School Musicals beginning in 1986.
