A locum doctor who walked out of a contract at Port Pirie Hospital after 45 minutes because it was "so understaffed that it was dangerous" has lost an appeal over her conduct. Dr Amira Mahboub saw just one patient before she left and failed to alert the appropriate managers she would not finish the contract.
