Local woman opens gently-used retail shop in memory of her daughter and daughter's best friend

A new, gently-used retail store is now in Vinita. After more than two decades of a woman's teen daughter and her best friend went missing and their bodies still have not been found, she created a store as a way to share the girls' story and raise money for a scholarship in their memory.
