Local officials discuss Proposition 14 for dementia research
MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - Several local officials gathered Tuesday afternoon to discuss Prop 14. Proposition 14, if approved by voters, would allocate $3 billion from the state’s general revenue to establish the Dementia Prevention and Research Institute of Texas. We spoke with Rep. Tom Craddick on the propisition and what it would mean if passed.
