Local artists bring early Halloween fun in Ohio

Mingo Junction, OHIO (WTRF) - It may only be mid-August, but many are already looking forward to Halloween. Thursday evening, the Steubenville Art Association, in conjunction with the Schuetz Funeral Home, held a Rest In Sip. Some local artists got the chance to paint Halloween-themed paintings, and enjoy some good company.
