Local artist Cassandra Buck starts community project at Oxbow Park

BYRON — Local artist, Cassandra Buck, is partnering with Forecast Public Art to participate in MNPAiR , an Artist Residency in the Parks pilot in parks across Minnesota. Buck grew up in Rochester and developed a love of art at a young age. She attended Winona State University for art education and taught art at Kasson-Mantorville for seven years.
