A Livingston man has been arrested for murdering his girlfriend. 49-year-old Edward Randolph was arrested on one count of 1st Degree Murder for the death of his girlfriend, 47-year-old Hope Parrott. Investigators determined that Randolph murdered Parrott and then transported her body in a refrigerator, which was later set on fire off of Sunk Cane Road.
