A Little Village, Chicago shooting left a woman critically injured outside Corkery Elementary School on West 25th Place on Monday, police said.

Woman shot, wounded in Little Village

A woman was injured in a shooting in Little Village on Monday night, Chicago police said.The woman, 39, was involved in a physical altercation with a person in the 4300 block of West 25th Place at 6:32 p.m. when the other person fired shots at her, police said. She was shot multiple times and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition.No one is in custody.
