UALR seeks new coach to lead Trojans into United Athletic Conference after Darrell Walker's 113-133 record and two regular season titles over eight seasons.

- With the NCAA transfer portal opening April 7, Cuervo said UALR will immediately begin a national search with a search firm to find a new coach quickly.
- Joining the United Athletic Conference on July 1, Cuervo said the program aims for conference championships and NCAA Tournament bids, seeking a more active community coach.
