SAN DIEGO (CNS) The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County inched up two-tenths of a cent today to $4.561. The average price is 1.4 cents more than one week ago, but 5.5 cents less than one month ago and 11.9 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from the American Automobile Association and the Oil Price Information Service.
