The municipal police had arranged a check on the road, in one of the corners of Mar del Plata, which the bike driver decided to overlook. What he didn’t count on is the action of agent Alejandro Martínez., who didn’t hesitate to throw himself on the bike to take it down and stop its driver. On the road, a woman, who was trapped under the weight of the bike, was also travelling and must have been helped to get out.
Both detainees tried to escape a police intervention for invading a lane of the Metropolitan. In addition, they were traveling on a motorcycle without any security and with their two minor children.
The Minister of the Interior, Carlos Malaver, condemned the aggression of two police officers of the PNP. He arranged the immediate intervention of the Ombudsman to the Polic for the legal defense of the agents of the PNP.
