"Like in Great Britain": Effectiva Seeks a Decision in the Mastercard Case and the Right to Compensation for Consumers in Serbia

The consumer association "Efektiva" calls on the Commission for the Protection of Competition (KCK) to finally resolve the case against MasterCard, which was initiated back in 2018 due to the illegal determination of the minimum amounts of the so-called interchange fees, in order to enable the continuation of court proceedings for compensation of damages to consumers in Serbia.
