As a tornado swept through Lithuania on Friday evening, residents of the country are sharing images on social media. According to the Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service, a total of three tornadoes may have been recorded on Friday.
On the evening of June 5, a severe storm hit Lithuania, bringing torrential rain, thunderstorms, hail, and gusty winds. According to preliminary data from meteorologists, at least three tornadoes may have formed during the storm.
