CLARKSTOWN: Thousands Temporarily Without Power in Widespread Outage

A major power outage struck parts of Clarkstown on Thursday afternoon, leaving approximately 10,400 customers without electricity. The Clarkstown Police Department received numerous calls related to the outage as residents sought information and assistance.
