Ibrahim Shalhoub, 29, from Tulkarm, was sentenced to life in prison and 258,000 shekels in compensation to the family of Ludmila Lipovsky. Lipovsky was stabbed to death while waiting for her daughter to take her to the doctor. The verdict emphasized that the attack was carried out in the midst of a sword war, and was intended to harm the civilian population.
