Avison Young has arranged a new 8,000-square-feet lease on behalf of Libiao Robotics in Hillsborough. The leader in robotic automation said the industrial property at 330 Roycefield Road, Building 1, Suites 2 and 3 will serve as the company’s first U.S. show center.
