KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A second lawsuit has been filed in the wake of a deadly gas explosion that killed a 5-year-old boy in Lexington, Missouri. The boy's father, Jacob Cunningham, and 10-year-old sister, Camille Lamb, were severely injured in the April 9 explosion.
