There is no question we need housing and the Edwards location is prime and convenient. The proposed 275 units on the 4.9-acre site have 430,000 square feet and are up to 65 feet tall in parts of the structure. This is the combined size of Avon’s Home Depot, Walmart, and the new Marriott Hotel in Avon.
