AN OPEN LETTER TO MINISTER KERRY VINCENT AND DERWENT VALLEY COUNCILLORS: Due to site works and extensive excavation with transport trucks coming out of the Noble Life development at Ring Rd in New Norfolk, Hobart Rd has become extremely dangerous with the amount of clay, silt and rocks left on the road. This, combined with morning frosts, black ice and rain, can have an effect on traction and I fear that road safety is comprised. I live on this …
