I had a friend send me a birthday card from Plymouth, Minnesota, postmarked 4/23/26. I received it 5/18/26! I let Sen. Klobuchar and Rep. Finstad know of this and my dissatisfied feelings. This is unacceptable. That said, our elections are upon us. I strongly recommend early voting. This is in-person voting where your vote is tabulated by the county or city immediately upon voting.
