PA State Budget Still Not Finalized

The 2025-26 Pennsylvania State budget still has not been finalized.  The fiscal year began July 1st.  Reportedly, negotiations continue between Governor Josh Shapiro and the Republican controlled Senate.  In mid-July, the House of Representatives passed a General Fund budget of a little over $50 billion, but the plan was not agreed upon by legislative caucuses.
