Let’s lower the speed limit - Reader

Dear Editor, The city of Richmond has just mandated 30 kph in most of the rest of the city’s neighbourhoods after successfully doing so in the Steveston area earlier. I went to council and asked them to consider doing the same some time ago only to be told no one would obey it anyway. Richmond council pointed out the lack of sidewalks and children on bikes as reasons for doing so. I guess the people in Campbell River are less valuable and just h…
