The Czech company LEO Express started a new railway connection to Germany in June 2026. Since then it goes several times a week from Frankfurt to Prague and continues to Ostrava and Bohumin near the Polish border. From August the route is extended further through Poland, to Krakow and Przemysl. On the section to the Czech Republic there are now tickets from only 10€ per direction.
