Lenexa approves 2026 City Budget, lowering mill levy

For the eighth consecutive year, Lenexa has adopted a budget that includes a decrease in the city’s mill levy, or property tax rate. On Sept. 2, the Lenexa Governing Body unanimously approved its 2026 budget.
