Leitza Tombs the Champion of the Euskal Herria People and Will Play the Final

Leitza qualified this Tuesday for the final of Euskal Herria’s contests from ball to hand by toppling the current champions, Markina-Xemein, on the Beloki fronton of Zumarraga. The navarros agreed to the semifinal because Irurtzun declined to participate despite being the territorial champion. Oiartzun, who defeated Agurain on Sunday with authority, will contest the txapela with the leitzarras this Sunday on the same stage.
