LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — A Haitian man who came to the United States in 2024 seeking asylum is facing homicide, sexual battery and other charges following a deadly domestic violence incident in Lehigh Acres, Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno announced Friday.
