With 495 out of 495 delegates, representing 100% of those present, voting in favor, the National Assembly passed a resolution electing Mr. Le Minh Hung, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Head of the Central Organization Department, as Prime Minister for the 2026 term.
