Lawyers who voided Elon Musk's pay as excessive want a $6 bln fee
Legal teams requested a $6-billion fee, connected to Elon Musk's voided $56-billion compensation package, documents filed in Delaware Chancery Court.
Musk labels the fee request as "criminal," indicating dissatisfaction with the legal team's actions.
The legal team argued that winning the January case against Musk provided "enormous benefits" to the carmaker, justifying the size of their requested fee.
After successfully disputed Elon Musk's compensation of around 52 billion euros, they are demanding their own fee. Musk's compensation was absurd. They themselves “only” want 5.5 billion euros.
