Foster father Johnny van den B. (38) from Vlaardingen, who is on trial for intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm on the Vlaardingen foster girl, finds it incomprehensible why the care institutions are not being prosecuted. His lawyer said this on Tuesday at the start of her plea.
