Lawyer Van Eerd Wants Verdict Overturned and Extensive New Investigation.

Former Jumbo boss Frits van Eerd has been punished too severely and wrongfully convicted. This is the view of Daan Doorenbos, the lawyer for the disgraced supermarket entrepreneur, during the preliminary hearing in the appeal at the Court of Appeal in Zwolle. According to him, the verdict must be completely overturned and extensive new investigations must be conducted.
