Latest ‘No Kings’ rally gathers in Devils Lake to encourage voter turnout for midterms

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. – On Saturday, Oct. 17, residents braved the midmorning chill to once again exercise their right to free speech and peaceful assembly as they gathered outside the Memorial Building on 4th Ave. NE, to participate in the latest “No Kings” rally.
