Director Quentin Tarantino has unexpectedly canceled the project for the film “The Movie Critic”, on which he had been working since 2023; until now it is not known if he will continue in film or venture into television
According to the American site Deadline, the director gave up his tenth opus on a movie critic in Los Angeles in the 70s. A decision that takes Hollywood by surprise, when the movie seemed on track, with Brad Pitt in the credits.
The director and screenwriter decided not to go any further with the film, which was to be his tenth and final project.
'The Movie Critic' would be based on a movie critic's journey of porn magazines, and Brad Pitt would have on the cast. Quentin Tarantino had changed his mind.
