The District Court in Warsaw upheld the conviction of two activists of the "Last Generation" movement for disrupting a concert at the National Philharmonic. The women, who in March 2023 invaded the stage during the performance, were sentenced to a month of restriction of freedom - they must perform 20 hours of unpaid, controlled work for social purposes. The verdict is final.

Allowing this type of behaviour would mean that in virtually every space, anyone with any message could disrupt the functioning of the institution, said judge Małgorzata Rutkiewicz-Rząsa.
