CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Laramie County’s average price for a gallon of gasoline continued to rise much faster than the national average this past week. The nation’s average price is up 1.2 cents over the last week to stand at $2.88 per gallon, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 12 million individual price reports.
