MORGAN COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a right lane closure that will affect I-70 near Monrovia. Beginning on or after Monday, August 31, INDOT contractors will close the right lane of I-70 in the westbound direction between Hazelwood Road and Lake Valley Road (56-54-mile marker).
