Washington County prosecutors have accused a 23-year-old Lake Oswego woman of stealing from five elderly clients in the Portland area while working as their caregiver. Willow McCullough was indicted by a grand jury on April 8 of aggravated identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft.
