LAKE MILLS, Iowa — The Lake Mills Chamber of Commerce & Development Corp., Lake Mills Parks & Rec and the Lake Mills Public Library will host the annual Fall Carnival on Thursday, Sept. 24, beginning at 4 p.m. at Oakwood Park.
