Lacy Gray Brown Kelley, 74, a resident of Highland Home, passed away peacefully at Jackson Hospital on Friday, Sept. 12. Funeral services for Lacy were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15, at New Ebenezer Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Looney officiating.
